The support offered is really incredible. They have been able to help almost instantly with any issue I've had getting the tech part of my membership up and running.

This app is definitely a little more advanced than my tech abilities lol but their support is incredible. I've had fast responses every time I've reached out. They're super patient, kind, walk me through changes, and help me resolve my issues every time. They also allow a lot of customizations and auto-recognizing members so their member perks automatically apply to them which is a game-changer and automates so.much.work! I wish I was able to offer a monthly or annual payment option for my membership but there are workarounds in the meantime. Support is 10/10, and that's why I'll stay with them!

More than excellent customer service! Prarthana was kind enough to go through all my confusion and guide me precisely through the steps to set up my complex membership system. I recommend Appstle for any small business owner who is terrified by logistics and technology.

The Support Team is very helpful and responds fast. They are hands-on and will get you taken care of. They have taken care of all of our needs to get our memberships up and rolling.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kehanvi, a Merchant Success Manager from Appstle℠ Memberships team. I had been grappling with an issue created by another app, which I had uninstalled quite some time ago, yet it continued to cause problems. Feeling rather desperate and overwhelmed, I contacted Customer Service for help. From the outset, Kehanvi was the epitome of professionalism. She was not only polite and courteous but also showcased her exceptional problem-solving skills by dedicating a few hours to help me troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. It was apparent that she possessed a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and its integrations, and I was continually impressed by her diligence and attention to detail. Kehanvi’s unwavering commitment to customer success was evident throughout our interaction. I normally do not write reviews, however the Customer Support for this APP is untouched! It can be daunting to implement systems into your Shop without a knowledge of HTML Coding. Appstle may not have the easiest to understand instructions, but their customer support is FAST, Responsive, & knowledgeable! Every issue I have come across has been solved in no time. Thanks Appstle for allowing me to accomplish my business ventures!

The support people have been WONDERFUL! I'm not super tech savvy with websites, so I stumbled a little with a few spots, but when I messaged them for help, I got responses right away and they handled any spots I was stuck on quickly. I highly recommend!!

Meghal was so helpful in solving my problems with getting my memberships to show up on my storefront! I have been stumped for days trying to figure it out on my own. Today I finally gave in and clicked that "talk to us" button next to my store link. Like I told Meghal, sometimes it takes 2 brains. My issues are now solved and I'm ready to refine and start offering my membership options in my Shopify store. Thanks again, Meghal!

The App is answering our needs, but mostly their support team is incredible. Mann went above and beyond to help me set up Memberships in our store but most importantly I was very impressed by the time to respond. Please disregard the "time spent using app", I uploaded the app to our dev store to test it first and it's been 2 weeks. Great job everyone!
