Customer service is incredible helpful. Anytime I'm unsure of where to find a setting or make an adjustment, I get quick, friendly replies and they take care of the task I'm trying to complete, then they record a loom video showing me how they did it so I'll be able to find it next time. Can't recommend this level of support enough!

I LOVE this app! Do I have issues sometimes? YUP! Should I have watched a tutorial? Probably! But they have the best customer service for an app that I have ever experienced. Uri and Adrian are amazing. I feel like I run a fairly complicated membership program? There's 15 different levels, and multiple access restrictions, and this system does everything I need.

Appstle has THE BEST support team ever. They are always online and always ready to help. They will make videos for you, walking you through each step you need to do. They are amazing.

Honestly, I never understand these apps, but the customer service is the best experience I've ever had. They solve everything instantly and do it themselves! Today, Sam helped me, very quickly and efficiently. I recommend this app for memberships! It's the best on Shopify.

Top service, proactively providing assistance. Real 24/7 human support and come up with useful solutions. The steps they guided are easy. Communication is great and fast. Their reaction is super quick and truly tackle my issues promptly. In terms of the functions of the App, I haven't utilised fully so can't tell, but the features they have is sufficient for me to run my startup for sure. Easy, useful and supportive.

I've had a few Appstle Apps so far, and this one is by far my favorite. Super easy to use/navigate and makes managing my vendor memberships a breeze. 10/10

Spoke Uri because I had a lot of questions in regards to how my membership would work and they made life so easy for me explaining everything and each step in detail. Would recommend Apostle if your membership system is quite complex

So far this is working really well for managing our membership subscriptions and we will add other subscriptions too. The support is fantastic - super fast responses, polite and really helpful.
