Customer service is incredible. Kate helped me set up my membership options and guided me through the whole process so I understand how to do it on my end as well. So happy with this app! And a great thing is that they offer free plan for those who are starting with only a few members, which helps a lot at the beginning. Highly recommend.

They have been so helpful and i gave them a really hard time with not going to the meetings that i scheduled but they never gave up and they didn’t give me a bad attitude they were so helpful and i love the service.

We have had nothing but good experiences with this app since installing it. Very responsive and helpful support. Easy to understand integrations and setup, with plenty of tutorials. Any time we have had an issue with problems within our theme, they have quickly and painlessly helped solve the issue. Would highly recommend!

Appstle's Membership app (and their other apps) are super helpful for creating different membership tiers, rewards programs, etc. And their customer service team is very helpful and responsive! I've had to reach out a few times to get help with getting things exactly as I want them on my store, and every time, I've gotten great service!
