Got my first product set up smoothly, but could not access the Member Portal. Contacted support through the chat. They couldn't fix immediately so I had to wait on the dev team. Took a few days to connect with the dev team, but once I did the issue was solved in 5 minutes. Great product once it's up and running.

Customer service is ABOVE and beyond. Absolutely highly reccommend. I'm starting with the free service, and they still helped me. I will be a loyal customer for sure once it grows!

Just downloaded it today and their customer service was amazingly helpful. First of all, it was an actual person who actually knew what they were doing and who was kind and helpful. Not kidding. They were able to help direct me and make changes on my behalf to optimize the Appstle Membership features and even on my Shopify page to benefit the integration. I know I just got this, but really happy so far. Thanks Natasha!

This management system may seem complicated or overwhelming after install. But this team will guide you every step of the way, and I promise, every single setting you need to manage, scale and experiment with your business is available through Appstle. Super powerful tool, Highly recommend!

I had a question about "Cut off days" when setting up membership renewals. Mia promptly sent me a video explanation making clear what I was asking alongside a Youtube video explaing it for subscriptions. Thank you great merchant success engineers for leading by example in what the merchant service standard should be!

This is a great membership option for shopify sites! It offers everything we were looking for. We had a previous membership app installed and it stopped working when we switched to a new theme, but luckily we were able to switch to this app and we have all the functionality we were looking for. Support is responsive and has helped me refine my members only content.

Harris was very patient with me. He helped solve all of the issues I was having. Top-notch customer support!! They always go above and beyond with the issues I have. I've used them on multiple stores and will recommend them to any Shopify user.

I was struggling with customizing the membership widget and the support was speedy quick to help support! I would suggest making customizing easier but the support was phenomenal, I would recommend this app.
