We've only been using this app for about a week but the customer service has been really great so far that I felt compelled to leave feedback based on that. We had a couple issues on install that they fixed very quickly for us. We were debating between this app and another membership one, so sent an email with a couple questions to both before installing. Appstle responded quickly and answered all of our questions and in comparison, we just heard back after 7 days from the other one. EDIT: After awhile of using this app, I'm taking it down to four stars. We've had many chats with support on issues we've had and keep being given solutions that don't work or different answers for things. Super frustrating. The basic app is still working great, but if you're trying to do anything outside of the basics, it's frustrating.

So far my experience with Appstle Memberships has been great. The app works as advertised. The best part is the 24/7 support that is available in the app. I was able to get help setting up my memberships on multiple occasions. The help is quick and professional. I would highly recommend this app.

Appstle is by far my favorite app to work with for my Shopify site. They legit go above and beyond and are so knowledgeable. I've had to work with several of the customer service agents on their team and every single one is the G.O.A.T. I cannot thank them enough for helping me get my membership subscription up and running. 1000% recommend!

I had proxy issues on my customer portal and had reached out to the support chat. Uri who promptly answered, assisted me and took care of all the issues I had going on with my app to my website. Amazing customer service and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Some stuff he did for me on his end, especially I am not very familiar with CSS coding. Can't wait in continuing business with this service :) 1.14.25 I needed more with my CSS and had some questions. Uri was very responsive and assisted my CSS issue :)

I had a technical question late on a Sunday evening. I had someone respond to my message within a minute. He ask me a few questions and came back with the issue he had found. He then made a small video explaining what I needed to do. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The issue was solved within 10 minutes. Impressive.

100% recommend to anyone, at this point I couldn't be happier. I'm not a technical person and still, the apps are intuitive, the designs are clean, and any confusion I have is immediately answered either by their youtube channel, Customer chat, or the growing community of business and entrepreneurs using their product line. I absolutely enjoy every moment learning how the entire Appstle line up of apps work. Their customer service is above and beyond. Quick, clear, and dedicated attention to detail.
