This is an update on my initial review. Before signing up with Appstle, I was using another membership app that lacked a feature that my customers requested. Appstle offered that feature so I switched apps. That was back on August 1st, 2022. It is now the end of November. At first I thought everything was fine, but I was very mistaken. There was one issue after the other. I would always contact their customer service via Chat and they would respond in a timely manner, but wouldn't completely fix the problems. Issues continued on and on for 3 months with no satisfactory resolutions. Customers were being double billed (even after they cancelled their membership!), they were being billed the wrong amounts, the wrong billing intervals, non-members were continually able to access products that were supposed to be restricted and only accessible to paid members, customer tags weren't being removed once a customer cancelled their membership so they were able to continue accessing restricted collections/products even after they no longer paid for the membership, and the list goes on. Another downside to using this app was that I had to force a connection with Stripe as my payment gateway. In the US (my location) Shopify doesn't support Stripe payments and therefore my payment gateway options were limited. No shop pay, shop installments, Shopify capitol offers, etc. I gave them 3 months to fix everything. They were always responsive and professional, but completely failed to fix anything. As a result, my business sales tanked. Members were cancelling and frustrated with the continued, unresolved billing issues. My business's reputation as being one of the top, go-to stores in my niche was at serious risk. This app almost cost me my entire business, which I've worked so hard to build. Let my disastrous experience serve as a warning to others.

The best app in this field of membership plans and recurring income! I have installed the app, and I wanted to set up my membership plans, and I have contacted their support chat. I was perfectly guided through the entire process! They have a great team of developers that helped me with everything! I highly recommend this app!

I have learned to just start a chat and watch the magic happen. We use Appstle for subscriptions and now memberships. People who subscribe to a coffee product are automatically enrolled in the membership to receive automatic perks on the site. Since time is so valuable, I just ask for their help and their excellent reps on the chat make it happen fast and teach me how. Highly recommend over ReCharge.

We're using this app to set up membership tiers for shoppers and sellers in our store. The onboarding process was easy and smooth. Support is responsive and lovely to work with. We're hoping that once our store opens it will continue to meet all of our needs.

top app, de klantenservice is ook echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ook lekker snel. de functionaliteit is ook heel nice. TIP: Pre-made pages, zodat men direct aan de slag kan en later kan kijken naar iets om zelf te laten coderen.

This app offers so many features, as no other membership app can offer this much for an amazing price! The customer support is available 24/7 365days and they are truly amazing and helping! Highly recommended.

I have to say that this is a very good team, their technology is very strong, and their service attitude is very good. I can responsibly say that this app can meet your needs and can also be customized to your needs, they deserve to be praised for their efforts. Almost real-time replies, good attitude, and quick response, their support team is also very technical, I highly recommend them, this is my greatest feeling after using this app in-depth!

App is still fairly young so it has some features that could and should be developed in the software. (i.e 1. full integration with pagefly, for memberships not just subscriptions. 2. an option to set the memberships to nonrecurring payment for 1 time off products if you want to keep them as customers for members only content.)

This app is amazing...it does everything I was hoping for in a membership app, with amazing customer support when I needed some assistance with settings details, and all for a very reasonable price. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I tested other apps first so that you don't have to...this is the best membership app for Shopify!
