A robust membership app that works perfectly with our business model. We couldn't find any other membership app that had the ability to stack membership exclusive perks and discounts based on customers membership status. For example, we offer a paid monthly membership that gives members a discount on all store products, and offers free shipping over x amount only to paying members. The app is great, and their support team is fantastic. I have been messaging Ahmed on their support team all day long and he's been nothing but prompt in responding as well as extremely helpful. Above and beyond.

We wanted to setup a membership option for our shop where we could automatically give free shipping and discounts, and this is exactly what we were looking for. At first, it looked to be a little confusing to setup - but their customer service chat talked us through every step and even setup several tweaks and integrations. Seriously, one of the BEST customer service experiences we've EVER had, especially with regard to Shopify! :-D

Installed and started to have a few questions, so I contacted support. WOW! I had my own personal developer install and configure the app as I waited! They even used my theme's colors pallet to customize the widgets, AMAZING! Top-notch service!!! This membership app and the subscription app by same developer work good together and had all the features I needed.

I am new to shopify and needed a third-party membership app to help me with some services! Since I am just starting out, I needed a lot of help setting this app up! The customer service was exceptional!! For that alone they have gained a recurring customer. They were patient, kind and efficient. Helped me the entire way and made the process stress free and doable! The app set up is actually pretty easy to follow and understand and does exactly what I needed it to do.
