The support for this app has been awesome. They are always available and are dedicated to helping. I had a great experience with Ashwin today where he helped me for over 2 hours! great customer service!

The customer service for this app is INCREDIBLE! The install was easy, the dashboard is clear, and anything I have needed help on - I've been able to reach out to customer service and they've helped straight away. Highly recommend this app!

Amazing customer service! Super quick to responded and are very knowledgeable. Their API is perfect for integrating into our apps. The only thing I can think of would be more customization for the widget and possibly a ways to bulk select members instead of typing their codes. But, other then that 5/5 and even those things we have been working around.

They have really nice support staff who try to help. But after two days and a number of different people I have given up trying to get this app to work on my site. I have had to repeat my issues multiple times as new people keep jumping in and while I tried hard to make this app work the support teams suggestion for a call after I have spent over 8 hours try to get basic features to work i just have to give up on it.

So far so good...the support is very good. They are very responsive and appear to be available at any hours of the day. We already have the Appstle Subscriptions app, but we have found that as a CPG product business customers will order a subscription item, but if they are not using it fast enough they cancel the subscriptions. We are updating our strategy and the memberships app is perfect for our new offering. **UPDATE 3/15/25** We are now looking into the Loyalty App because as it turns out Smile.io does not allow us to add customers to their VIP Tiers based on a customer tag, but Appstle Loyalty does have this feature, and for half the price....been paying for Smile all this time and doesn't even have what we need. Instant support from Appstle to answer our questions about the Loyalty App....very responsive.

This is just my second day using the Appstle membership app. The on-boarding experience was excellent with many in app support videos to assist me in creating my membership plans and customer portal. When I needed technical support, Akhtar took the time to understand my issue and resolved it very quickly. I will return to update this review after I have completed my 14-day trial. But so far, this is the best experience with a membership app I have had to date, and I have been testing a number of them over the past two week.

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.
