I have to say that this is a very good team, their technology is very strong, and their service attitude is very good. I can responsibly say that this app can meet your needs and can also be customized to your needs, they deserve to be praised for their efforts. Almost real-time replies, good attitude, and quick response, their support team is also very technical, I highly recommend them, this is my greatest feeling after using this app in-depth!

This app is amazing...it does everything I was hoping for in a membership app, with amazing customer support when I needed some assistance with settings details, and all for a very reasonable price. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! I tested other apps first so that you don't have to...this is the best membership app for Shopify!

I'm so glad I found this app for our membership program! The customer service is beyond amazing. Always very helpful and resourceful. The app is really easy to use, and lets you customize everything beautifully. I highly recommend them!

Just getting started with the app so I have yet to review on the performance, but the support (specifically Prarthana) has been extremely attentive and quick to respond. Very helpful, so I can at least say they'll help you set things up properly if you're having issues! I'll report back with more experience.

Ahmed assisted me patiently and kindly not only to enable the app but also to beautifully customize the theme to match our website. Even creating a few options to choose from. I have tried and tested multiple membership apps. This is by far the best and most cost effective, and does the job extremely well. There are some limitations on the discounting feature, but in my opinion, you should use a discount app for that anyway. More importantly, the support team is A++ and available 24 hours. They have walked me through multiple unusual requests and continue to do so.

Amazing customer support. Did so much more than I had asked to. I have experience with other membership apps and this is by far the most seamless plug and play app. Highly recommend.

We wanted to setup a membership option for our shop where we could automatically give free shipping and discounts, and this is exactly what we were looking for. At first, it looked to be a little confusing to setup - but their customer service chat talked us through every step and even setup several tweaks and integrations. Seriously, one of the BEST customer service experiences we've EVER had, especially with regard to Shopify! :-D

Installed and started to have a few questions, so I contacted support. WOW! I had my own personal developer install and configure the app as I waited! They even used my theme's colors pallet to customize the widgets, AMAZING! Top-notch service!!! This membership app and the subscription app by same developer work good together and had all the features I needed.
