absolutely incredible!!!! ive never ever met a team that go so far to help out. they literally become an employee for you while you are having an issue, right up until its fixed!! Best customer service ever!

I was "flumixed!" I clicked the help chat button and expected to wait a day, I didn't know the help would be so fast and so personable. Under a minute it was answered and my problems went away. My tech was quick and helped me understand what was being done for me. I am very happy with the Appstle App.

Overall, the experience was positive; however, the removal of perks and discounts after a membership expires requires the use of Shopify Flow.

Great support! Extensive feature set, yet intuitive to use. We used it to create a monthly membership (subscription model) combined with additional perks (discounts) and store credit.
