I have been in contact with support several times over the last two weeks to get my account set up so that I could launch my subscription membership. The team of folks that has helped me (memberships, loyalty, and subscriptions) has been outstanding. From explaining things to actually logging in and helping me set things up. The level of service I've received far exceeds my expectations. I would recommend this suite of apps to any online merchant trying to scale their store through memberships, loyalty programs, and subscriptions. 10/10.

I was initially overwhelmed setting up my membership program as there are quite a few moving parts between Shopify and Appstle. However, once I contacted support, Sam was absolutely outstanding. He patiently worked through every issue with me, identified configuration problems, fixed syncing issues from his end, and stayed with me until my membership checkout was working correctly. The support team genuinely knows the product and doesn't give up until it's resolved. If you're creating memberships for the first time, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to their support team—they made what felt impossible become manageable.
