I've used Attentive SMS and MMS messaging the last four years and love the platform and customer service. Whenever I run into an issue, I'm able to communicate with my CSM or White Glove Service, making it a seamless process that's not frustrating. Attentive is constantly making new updates to the platform, making it a great experience for customers to receive updates and offers in a timely manner. I like being able to update journeys and with the press of a button, turn on a journey that I can tailor with specific copy and brand voice.
