the support I got today from Ron was 10 star. He is patient, explains possibilities and helps you setup. The app is a bit clunky. It is good for what you pay however, requires work from store owner or tech person. Give the app a try.

I'm impressed by how quickly the support team responded to my inquiry. Their solutions were exactly what I needed and resolved my issue perfectly.

This is the only app I've found that will give percent off discount to highest priced item in a cart. It is a bit difficult to get the discount or promo settings just right, but their help desk is very helpful in resolving any questions.

App is working good, just needed some time to get that the external name of the prmotion need to be changed in the shop and has to be connected in the app. After 2 hours the connection was there and the promotion could be used again. Perfect help and support. Within minutes I received personalized help from customer support.

We use the app to apply discounts to product variants which is not possible natively in Shopify. The app works fine and the support is very helpful. Just the pricing might lead to us implementing the functionality by ourselves.

This app comes with great customer service. Appreciate that the app works with multiple currencies. Looking forward to the progress bar rolling out in August.

The app was awesome in helping us implement a tiered/progressive discount experience for our customers which ultimately lead to an increase in AOV. Derek and his team were extremely diligent helping us track down a small but frustrating issue. Very excited for the updates in the coming months.

This app allowed me to have automatic discounts apply during our Black Friday tiered discount sale! There are several other features, but it's a little confusing to use, so there's a bit of a learning curve.

I used it to create promotion with gift. It will be nice to have bulk setting since we have 1000s products needed to create gift for our loyal customers.

We love this app! It's a great way to support retention and give back some love to customers. We're particularly obsessed with smart deals and gifting functionality. EXACTLY what we needed. Support is a bit slow sometimes confusing to work with but the app is worth it.

The discount rules work great for our store. Support has always been quick and reliable when a hiccup arises.

**UPDATE - As frustrating as that was, the developer reached out immediately and helped us fix the issue. I want to love this app. It appears to do exactly what we need. However, we're experiencing a major issue with about 15-20% of our orders... The discount is showing on the checkout page but when a customer places the actual order, the discount isn't working. Needless to say, I am getting a lot of complaints this morning (black friday of all days).

Works well and is doing it's job! I am using it with other apps to offer discounts over a certain amount and it is working. I think the code disappears sometimes at checkout depending on what the customer does/click/back button etc.. but I don't think it's a big problem. Overall it is working!

This is a good app for basic discounts that you want automatically added to a cart. I use it to add a discount for all orders over a certain amount, a little sweetener when people reach checkout to see a discount applied.
