ADU: Automatic Discounts

This app proved to be a bit glitchy and the support response time was not inline with expectations. We wish it would have worked out.

12/02 -- Update -- again these guys have been super helpful in making some important adjustments to my discounts with not only how they function but how they display. I'm very impressed with level of service !!! 10/21 Update -- This is an update to my first comments that you can read below. These guys continue to be super helpful as I request further functionality from their app. I recently needed a small but significant update to how the discounts were working for mulitple items in the cart. They had it all fixed up within a couple hours. Really excellent customer service. I highly recommend their work. I'm using this app to provide a tiered discount program to customers who meet a specific criteria and are tagged within shopify. And based on what product catagory they order from, they get a specific % off of the items within that catagory. They app is working very well. And, the customer service has been very good.

Great app and great experience with customer service on resolving any issues I had along the way. Would recommend as it is also affordable compared to other apps.

I do like that this app allows me to stack discounts, and it was one of the only ones I found that did this. Helpful support with quick replies - I am impressed and would recommend to others.

We originally used this app for a by X and get Y free but after installing it has many other excellent discounts and gift features to capitalise on. The support was the best feature of all, they responded very quickly and were more than helpful.

Setup automatic discount for certain products when buying in combo's. Took some research to understand how to use different tools in the app, but the results are great.

I must have tried at least 8 apps to achieve what a thought was a simple tiered discount. What a relief when this app finally made it possible! I have been using shopify for over 5 years and Automatic discount is one of the best apps I have ever used with shopify. Derek is super helpful and super quick to respond. Highly recommend this app to anyone considering it.

First of all this app does what no other discount app can do. It works exactly as you need it to. We had some funky code in our theme that a previous developer had input, and Derek worked tirelessly to not only make sure Automatic Discount was working perfectly, he went above and beyond to help us understand our previous underlying issue. I mainly used this App to create multiple Automated Discounts! Aside from that it came with a brilliant pop up feature which informs the customer that they've just received a discount. This is a huge plus because it's conversion metric as every one wants a discount, and when you're anyways giving them one you might as well make it loud and clear! It has so many different features that I haven't even begun playing with when it comes to the discount section. Aside from that it also has upsell/cross sell feature which I'm yet to play with. As for the team, they've been super prompt in helping me get set up and to answer my follow up questions. I'd highly recommend this App!

App does a great job of allowing specific discount rules. It has allowed us to do multiple promo builds at one time with small modifications.
