Just installed and the templates look amazing. Needed an affordable email marketing tool and this is a great one to try. Needed support on removing branding on the pop ups and the chat support was fantastic and quick! Can't wait to see what else this app and company brings to my small shop.

Just set up the email capture pop up. So far so good. The customer service was great they quickly replied and removed the branding from the pop up. Good app

Customer support is quick to respond and very helpful. The newsletter content customization could be just a bit more versatile, like removing spaces between sections to create something continuous. Other than that, a pretty good app.

This app is the best at collecting customer emails. Been using it for a year. highly recommend this app.
1. A lot of discounts/offers were auto enabled upon installation. That is crazy. If I did not go through each section, I would be giving away free shipping, $10 discounts etc without even knowing about them. 2. No way to make my own popups.. or allow the customer to stop seeing the popups after 1 time. e.g. there is no need for a customer to see a "Welcome to our Store" popup EVERY TIME she visits.

However, these features can easily be disabled and customised, as per the user’s discretion. This app helped me solve some of the problems of the website very well. The template that comes with it is also very good, I hope it can bring me more orders.
I had a question about resending an e-blast to my customers and was able to get an answer quickly. Lovish walked me through the process and was helpful. It was quick and easy
