Great customer support. Very well built app with lots of features. * Keep on reading for detailed review... Be aware that it does not integrate with mailchimp. Does not auto tag customers. We currently use the "newsletter" tag in mailchimp to send targeted emails to new customers when they subscribe to mailing list on our home page. This tag is added by Shopify to newsletter subscribers from the shopify popup. However since this app does not auto tag newly collected customers, there was no way for us to send them the offer in mailchimp. So the only way to use their popup and automate the offer emails is by using their email service. Th email service cost is based on the number of contacts collected by the app. The price grows and is not by number of contacts collected monthly but by total number of contacts. Have not tried the email feature, not sure if I will due to incremental cost.

I use this app to send welcome emails and set the pop-ups, definitely the best free plan available promotion app I have ever used! Free limit to send the web push, and great service, they can even free to remove the branding for us, highly recommended.

Sadly enough they have decided to start with chatbots and after multiple bugs they are not willing to resolve it's time to find another app (after 5 satisfied years). Find out for yourself before you add this app to your store: open the chat function, type that you want to chat with a human being and wait long enough till you decide that this review is 100% real.

Really nice app for Pop Ups, you guys need to improve on your email campagins. There is no option to get customers back to their Cart or the page where they left. You can only bring them back to home page or any random URL on your website.

Automizely and their customer support are just great. I signed up for their free version and I am so glad I did.

Quick & helpful service. I do wish they would allow sub-domain email addresses to be used as a sender email address, but they currently do not have this feature yet. I would like to switch our newsletter marketing over but at this point am only using the Abandoned carts & pop-ups.

I originally provided this company with a great rating for the easy use of the tool. However, I have updated my score due to performance issues I experienced on Black Friday that continue to spam my subscribers repeatedly. The technical, while quick to respond are unable to stop the spamming and for the last 17 hours, my customers have received the same email over and over. I will never use this service or AfterShip again.

This App is amazing and their customer service is great! I really recommend them... I hope that they increase

Great features! I use email and popups. the customer support is also helpful. I hope they can maintain this.
