It took me a while to get assistance via the customer service chat today, which was unusual for Automizely. Nonetheless, I was able to be helped and eventually received an answer to my question. I'm grateful that Automizely doesn't just say "No" when something isn't available at the moment. It's kind of encouraging that they say they'll forward the concern to the development team which is always adding new/updating features.

I've been using this app for a few months and love it. The support is very helpful. The only thing, I was offered an unlimited free plan which I've recently found was not forever (which I was never told), and I now have to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the app. I've been offered a discount, which I value, but I would have appreciated to know from the beginning that the free plan was a limited offer.

I am still trying to get comfortable with the app and making a few errors. There is a lot to get familiar with but think that my ability to work with the functionality of the app will get better. Some of the functionality was not working on my side and support needed to assist. Support is great and helps a lot.

Customer support is quick to respond and very helpful. The newsletter content customization could be just a bit more versatile, like removing spaces between sections to create something continuous. Other than that, a pretty good app.

goeie app tot nu toe (gratis versie), en goeie klanten service. alleen een minpunt dat er standaard al een paar acties worden uitgevoerd die je achteraf moet aanpassen naar wens.
Bedankt voor het delen van uw waardevolle feedback. Bepaalde functies zijn automatisch ingeschakeld om de aandacht van shoppers te trekken en de verkoop te stimuleren. Deze functies kunnen echter eenvoudig worden uitgeschakeld en aangepast, naar goeddunken van de gebruiker. Het is altijd leuk om de vereisten van onze gebruikers te kennen, zodat we aan hun verwachtingen kunnen voldoen en een boeiende ervaring kunnen bieden. Great customer support. Very well built app with lots of features. * Keep on reading for detailed review... Be aware that it does not integrate with mailchimp. Does not auto tag customers. We currently use the "newsletter" tag in mailchimp to send targeted emails to new customers when they subscribe to mailing list on our home page. This tag is added by Shopify to newsletter subscribers from the shopify popup. However since this app does not auto tag newly collected customers, there was no way for us to send them the offer in mailchimp. So the only way to use their popup and automate the offer emails is by using their email service. Th email service cost is based on the number of contacts collected by the app. The price grows and is not by number of contacts collected monthly but by total number of contacts. Have not tried the email feature, not sure if I will due to incremental cost.

Great work by the team. Support was super responsive and helped me out well. The only thing that is missing is the ability to send text only emails. I am unable to embed links in my emails.

Easy to create landing pages on this app. I wish we could customize them more though because the customizations are similar to how to customize the shopify pages.
