Don't be fooled by their free plan. You're on a free trial for a week or two - and after that, you won't be able to collect any reviews, the "Write a review" button disappears and you'll be only able to display the reviews you've collected on your first 2-week trial. It's a very "fine print" thing, with the free plan. They offer a free plan, but if the review app cannot collect simple text reviews - then it's useless. Imagine a restaurant would offer a free plan, when you can only look at the food, but cannot eat it. That's the situation here.

Great app for fair price. Customer support is very responsive (within 30 seconds they're there) and Pooja was very helpful with fixing some issues we ran into with bulk product review imports. Highly recommend
