I had a rocky start with the app importing reviews from the csv files. The support was not helpful at all. Once I figured out how to do it, without the help of their support, the support was helpful with the installation of the widgets and answering general questions about the app functionality. If they had helped me with the import, I'd give them 5 stars, as the app itself is fine.

I just installed this app. Reading through it's features, I do like it! One good encounter right off the bat, was the support I received from the chat guy! He attended to my request and got it done right away pronto! Nice starter experience!

Everything in this app is for reviews. Google integration, Star customization, and Review layout are also flexible. Great customer support was provided by Shivangi Saraswat. Super fast service.

I had some initial problems with wrong csv format and an extra space in a product handle but customer support was very quick and helpful and the fixed the problem for me while chatting - would recommend for their customer service alone
