Great app, do the job. The best thing about it is the customer support - answerd very fast, bery kind and helpfull. Hope for some upgrades such as the option to edit some of the imported reviews (for example choose the photos), design the template and even choose reviews of 3-stars (needed in some cases). Overall - great app!

Great customer service. Responsive team. They are trying to help me with fixing some code issues, not tech savvy at all. This was easy.

User friendly app. I use the app to setup/track reviews. Representative was very quick at response and completing request.

Nitish was very helpful to make the spreadsheet easier to understand. Unfortunately, it took me 3-4 people leaving me on read for me to actually get the help I needed most.

Great app, great support. A must have for every store. However, it would be nice if we could edit the request email sent to customers.

I contacted support late at night and they were able to help me very quickly! The app is also free and supports reviews with photos! Great App!
