Although some widgets were not displayed, the customer service quickly gave relevant help. More specific cases I need to use first to understand.

It's great. I used it to add reviews to my product pages and to the google listings. Customer service is very helpful.

So far, so good. I like that you can customize the review features. When I did have an issue, the support team helped to resolve it quickly.

I had a rocky start with the app importing reviews from the csv files. The support was not helpful at all. Once I figured out how to do it, without the help of their support, the support was helpful with the installation of the widgets and answering general questions about the app functionality. If they had helped me with the import, I'd give them 5 stars, as the app itself is fine.

Great reviews app, easy to configure and love how you can edit the settings to suit your stores theme. Also great support service when needed :)

Customer support was prompt and helpful. We haven't used the app yet; however, it should work fine for our needs. We did request that they add more social media platforms on the list.
