I've been trying to find an automated solution for asking buyers to leave a review on the products they buy. The automation and control over how many days to wait until they are sent are great. Definitely recommend.

This app has just about everything I need to run my business, the customer services is great too. There are alot of features I have yet to explore, but with the help of their staff, it is a breeze. i really think im gonna like this one. I like everything about this app, easy and helpful for the business

I can't upload my csv file. And then I try to ask customer service on Chat box and he immediately resolved my question many thanks.

The app can import reviews from Aliexpress, it works good.! But it currently doesn't support my thmeme, I have contacted the App developer, hope I can use it soon! For customer service, it worth to rate 5-star!

We are not using the Ali Reviews part of the app but are using the request for reviews via email and will update review in a couple of days once we see if any unexpected behaviour occurs i.e. emails should only be sent to new customers not all historic ones. It would be useful if the reviews could be imported from Facebook, Google, etc.

Absolutely horrible. It sent thousands of emails to every single customer we have ever had over the past six years asking for reviews of products they never even purchased. This was AFTER I had tried deleting the app and had even emailed them asking how to remove the app with no response. They finally got back to me days later with a super involved way to delete the subscription and then organization and then finally the account. They also didn't have a way to send any type of email saying "Sorry!" to the thousands of customers they sent erroneous emails to. This app it a NIGHTMARE!
