The app isn't quite what I needed (I wanted to be able to customize the review questions), but the customer support team was great!

I love this app, its an easy way to collect reviews from my customers and I can automate it. Everything is easy to use and lots of features and I love the featured option to add the widget to my home page

Really easy to install and looks very professional! Help was excellent too via instant chat. Had an instant reply to removing branding, even on a Sunday afternoon!

Very powerful and simple to use app. I tried Autoketing but didn't work for me because the translation engine was very limited. This is exactly what I was looking for :)

Great reviews app. Easily imports review, nicely customizable. Fast and friendly support. It's free, but full power opens only when you are on paid Shopify plan.
