This app is very nice.I can't velieve it is free. When I upload a comment, it reminds me that I only have a posting quota of 100 comments and asks me to go to customer service to unlock the limit. I thought at first that there was a fee for this unlocking limit. But when I got to customer service, he unlocked the limit for me straight away. Now I can post more comments!

so far the app has been great, i have been using it for 3 months. I like that customers can give feedback good or not good and it is nice to receive a review. The customer support is very helpful and I am glad i chose this widget.

Easy to use and the team is really fast and responsive, they removed branding for me for free. The review request email is easy to customize although I wish it had more customization options

This app has everything I need to get products reviewed. It automatically sends follow-up emails to customers after purchase to review the products they bought. The widgets are great and flow perfectly. I recommend.

So far so good. Live chat for assistance is a huge plus. It has a lot of great features and capabilities for free. Theses a few limitations I wish it had but I can't be greedy!

I like this app a lot. It easily requests reviews via email to my customers. I find the ability to edit reviews helpful because I like to remove pictures from AliExpress reviews that shows the packaging because it doesn't match mine. Easy to use. Prompt response from customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is because I lose the reviews that my customers actually give me if I remove the app. At this time, I am unaware of the functionality that would let me keep at least those reviews.

Excellent customer service. They helped me set up the app very quickly and they were very nice. I recommend it!
