Great app, the only review app I could find that is free to add photo reviews. Had some difficuly importing reviews via CSV but the customer service was quick to assist.

So far, it seems whenever you need them for customer support, they are right there to help. I'm still learning the app, but so far so good.

Stay away! Not only will they NOT ship out in 1-3 days as claimed but will do absolutely nothing to really look into your claims. If you need a refund, good luck, will not happen. I've had orders in limbo for over a week now and customer service is no help whatsoever. Never had half the issues I had with oberlo with these jokesters. If you value your customers and your time and money use another app.

After using it a few times, it feels bad. I can’t import reviews. My products are all rated. The customer service has not solved my problem, and I feel they are impatient, so I uninstalled it.

So far so good. Just started but customer service is top notch and quick. And i like how it looks and brings attention. I like how customers can add pictures to their reviews as well. Good stuff.

I just downloaded this app and the support agent was very helpful, it's good to have a review app that support pictures at no cost.
