Have been super impressed so far with the help available and just gone through the steps to upload reviews. Ankush was terrific, helped me through some issues I was having and made sure it was working correctly - thank you!! Princy super patient and helpful, others too. I think I'll need more help though don't want to keep posting reviews. Just need to make sure things are entered correctly otherwise it causes problems Just need to make sure to follow steps as provided. Looking forward to seeing results in action and good to know help is there when needed.

So far so good. Live chat for assistance is a huge plus. It has a lot of great features and capabilities for free. Theses a few limitations I wish it had but I can't be greedy!

I like this app a lot. It easily requests reviews via email to my customers. I find the ability to edit reviews helpful because I like to remove pictures from AliExpress reviews that shows the packaging because it doesn't match mine. Easy to use. Prompt response from customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is because I lose the reviews that my customers actually give me if I remove the app. At this time, I am unaware of the functionality that would let me keep at least those reviews.

Great app, the only review app I could find that is free to add photo reviews. Had some difficuly importing reviews via CSV but the customer service was quick to assist.

So far, it seems whenever you need them for customer support, they are right there to help. I'm still learning the app, but so far so good.

Stay away! Not only will they NOT ship out in 1-3 days as claimed but will do absolutely nothing to really look into your claims. If you need a refund, good luck, will not happen. I've had orders in limbo for over a week now and customer service is no help whatsoever. Never had half the issues I had with oberlo with these jokesters. If you value your customers and your time and money use another app.
