I have not started using the app yet with customers to test functionality but the set up has been very easy and they are very fast and helpful. Good experience so far

Very helpful & easy to use app. I wish it was more customizable (more font options for pre-made emails & better able to sync with Shopify Themes). I love the way automizely is set up, though. Customer support is always super responsive and helpful. Just got the app so I have a lot to learn!! Will change to 5-stars if it works re: generating more reviews/business.

I have been using the app for few months now and it is really easy to install. i love that it is automated plus the support team is very helpful whenever i needed help.

I use this app to import reviews from AliExpress and collect reviews after fulfilling orders. It works flawlessly and the customer support is great!
