This is the best review app out there! I have been using this app for over a year and I have never had any issues.

I like the fact that this app allows my customers to give full reviews with pictures and videos for other to see, and it also rates the products which makes the products more appealing. Also, customer service is very prompt and very helpful when I needed help. I look forward to working with this app!

Haven't used the app yet had to contact the customer services team to disable the review limit and remove their logo watermark both of which are free features, I'm not sure why they were not enabled by default. Once done I'm then asked to leave a review, seems like an elaborate scheme to get 5-star reviews.

Perfect customer service and the app is working great. It's super easy to set up and any questions you have will be answered asap. Definitely recommend.

Fast and efficient. Very helpful. Had some trouble understanding the install process but thru chat and share screen was fixed within minutes.

I use this review app and it works great, with stars, text, and images, all the functions I need. It helps us increase our sales, customers can see the reviews very clearly and place their order after that. I used to use one review app only has script and list a long one which it not easy to manage. This one totally different. This one you can see the reviews on every products, you can review it before published. Also, the live chat customer service responds really quickly. A really great app! We will keep using it!

This is a great app, a free app that let's you get text and picture reviews. Very easy to install, import existing reviews and start getting reviews quickly! It also has a request review email feature. And i love the customer service, completely awesome! Highly recommend this app to everyone!
