I like the fact that this app allows my customers to give full reviews with pictures and videos for other to see, and it also rates the products which makes the products more appealing. Also, customer service is very prompt and very helpful when I needed help. I look forward to working with this app!

Haven't used the app yet had to contact the customer services team to disable the review limit and remove their logo watermark both of which are free features, I'm not sure why they were not enabled by default. Once done I'm then asked to leave a review, seems like an elaborate scheme to get 5-star reviews.

Just installed this app and it's simple to navigate and pretty straight forward and the support team (Sanjeet) was quick to respond and was super helpful getting me what I needed! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to collect reviews from customers.
