Just great customer support! i have used multiple Avada apps on my store, what i like the most is there prompt responses to fix issues. i worked with Jasmine lately and she was great, fixed all my problems patiently. I also had a great interaction with Esther when i had questions about my email automations. overall great customer service, prompt responses and they always get the job done.

The app is good for customizing the newsletters but the servers they use are very bad, always getting blocked by the browser or antivirus. Had clients telling me too. My antivirus always finds their redirect server which they probably use for tracking the conversions as malware . Customer service is not great either. Shame I will be moving to a competitor.

Avada is thorough they have a lot of cool templates and features, but the cherry on top is their support team. Even through chat, Hana was able to solve my issue within 20 minutes with detailed replies to my questions and screenshots.

The app works well, but I hope they will update the editing process and the design. It feels a little bit outdated. However the customer service is perfect. Esther helped to solve my problem in just a few seconds.

I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it's already helping a lot. Over all support is great. Today Hana provided excellent support and fixed all our issues.

i dont know how to setup the emails and pop up , But excellent customer support , specially "Hanna " She did alot for me , she setup my emails , pops up Thank to her :)

I never had a better support experience like this. Hana is beyond amazing. She did everything for me. I am beyond satisfied. 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Thank you sooooo much. You are the best :) We just finished and I am so happy with what she did for me. You can't see this every day. She is one of a kind. Today is November 1 I chat with Emily and this is another customer support beyond amazing. Love this app. Thank you

i don't know what to say actually, when you wanna succeed in your business you need partners and i believes AVADA support is unbelievable and their business mentality is open for improving. the software performance and the team support Specially (Emmily) i guess the best person u can handle our business with. and i wont forget the background team so fix things in sport.
