I had the pleasure of working with Audrey from the Avada customer support team, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Audrey was incredibly patient, professional, and quick to understand my issue. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved efficiently. Her friendly attitude and thorough knowledge made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Hana has been incredibly helpful. It even turned out that the issue wasn't related to the Avada product, and despite the fact that I was using it incorrectly, she kindly guided me to solve the problem. I'm truly grateful.

I am still at the stage on the onboarding, but I can say that everything is very straight forward and intuitive. For any questions that may arise, the support is always there and is super quick via chat option. Cudos to Hana and Damian for helping me out and answering all of my questions!
