They are very fast in responding inside the live chat session with 24/7 support. Also helping in things that are complicated for me making my life easier. Literally cheap and don't need to purchase a plan to talk to there support team unlike other email services i installed. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was Saturday when I have time most to work on my Shopify online store and of course I have most questions. I had doubt to start chatting and getting right answers because it was weekend. However, Abby responded and swiftly solved my problem. Also, I had the free plan (hasn't upgraded to a paid plan then), but still Abby's response was fast and direct to the point! Thank you Abby and I am now ready to commit to the app and expand my email campaign further to expand my store.

The test email isn't sending, the email campaign isn't sending, and no emails are being received. I had to escalate this to the support team, and it took an unreasonable amount of time just to figure out why the email marketing isn't working. This is an email marketing app, yet it’s failing at the one thing it’s supposed to do.
