Just great customer support! i have used multiple Avada apps on my store, what i like the most is there prompt responses to fix issues. i worked with Jasmine lately and she was great, fixed all my problems patiently. I also had a great interaction with Esther when i had questions about my email automations. overall great customer service, prompt responses and they always get the job done.

The app is good for customizing the newsletters but the servers they use are very bad, always getting blocked by the browser or antivirus. Had clients telling me too. My antivirus always finds their redirect server which they probably use for tracking the conversions as malware . Customer service is not great either. Shame I will be moving to a competitor.

Avada is thorough they have a lot of cool templates and features, but the cherry on top is their support team. Even through chat, Hana was able to solve my issue within 20 minutes with detailed replies to my questions and screenshots.

First try to the app , their support team is very helpful! Hana helped me to set up the email template and increase my mail limit in the free trial! they replied in almost 1 minute!! Thank you guys !

top bedrijf alles is simpel te vinden de stappen die je moet nemen wordt erg overzichtelijk aan je laten zien en een dikke 5 sterren voor de klantenservice die je 24/7 kan bereiken als je effe vast loopt met namen "Prakash" die me goed heeft geholpen en geduldig was.

I would highly reccomend this app to anyone starting a new store with limited funds as they do help as much as possible, I had an issue with my eamil marketing and "Hana" was very helpful and helped me get the issue resolved very quickly. Thank you Hana for assising me and helping out to resolve my situation, keep up the great work.

I've been using it for a few days and it has been great till now. I had a problem with the pop up after updating the theme and Esther from customer support helped me and solved in no time and was very friendly. Highly Recommend.
