I am new to Avada, but so far the app is great!. Its simple to use and the fact there is 24/7 support is the best part. Today I was assisted by Prakash. He was very kind, friendly, efficient support help. He addressed all my questions swiftly and efficiently. I am looking forward to working with Avada and the wonderful support team. The app works well, and support is very responsive. If you are lucky enough to get Hana as your support agent, all your problems will be solved in a quick and friendly way.

I like Esther's enthusiastic help, but I encountered another customer service attitude that was very poor. I don't like it. Overall, this app has a lot of functions. I'm considering whether to buy its service, and I'm still trying it

I tried to take it for a test spin before committing to a paid plan. Tried twice and both times it wouldn't send. Customer service explained the issue, but it's just not a good fit for me and I feel like it needs some improvement. Prakash and Juliana are great though and very pleasant to chat with.
