This App is amazing and powerful. So many options for personal customization and also easy to set up as a simple template. My main reason for giving it 5 stars is their customer service. I spoke to an agent " Abby" and not only did she help me, she also made sure to explain things to me. Great job. Thank you

After installing the app, I reached out to their support to get help with some points and they were very helpful and after every question they answered they directly asked me to leave a review. Which I refused until I complete using the app. The app has rich functions and solves many issues I have but after few weeks every time I contact their support for a simple question they just ignore it and keep me waiting . Now while I'm writing this reviews chatting with Emily and asked her how long does it take to approve Whatsapp API access? simple question right? until now I'm waiting around 5 minutes for her to answer me and tell me: "About that part, I need to check with my developer" it seems to me a very long time to wait around 5 minutes to get that simple answer. Last week I chatted with Hakeem from their support and asked him for how to add an abandoned product URL to the SMS messages and he left me waiting for over 10 minutes! it seems to be very rude and unprofessional behavior from their support. Hope a supervisor will see this review and do some steps to correct this and make the representatives answer questions in a timely manner.

I see that you have recently submitted a request to send WhatsApp automation by your own sender. WhatsApp requires all companies to verify their Facebook Business Manager account. Very informative and the rep was knowledgeable and pleasant...I looked into another app called mail chimp but I'm glad I decided to go with this app.

Hakeem was a life saver - the other app I was using had to many glitches and so I made the leap but it was over a holiday weekend and he was online to help me! Thank you so much!

I love that the app is easy to use. The provided templates are great when you're in a rush or you can completely create your own from scratch. Anytime we have ever had an issue or question, the support staff was helpful and quick to respond. Hana was a HUGE help. Over and above.

Easy to use and setup is really quick. Liz from support helped me on the chat app immediately and stayed with me until I had configured the popup window. Highly recommend this app.

Charles & Tony on the live support was great. she did some coding in the backend to to created a specific campaign for me when i couldn't figure it out. super helpful. i refreshed & poof several campaigns were created for me

I used this app to help me create forums for popups via email, SMS and also on my online store. I'm not familiar with this, but Hana was very helpful by walking me through every step, guiding me, and ensuring I'm giving the best for my customers and my store.
