I tried to take it for a test spin before committing to a paid plan. Tried twice and both times it wouldn't send. Customer service explained the issue, but it's just not a good fit for me and I feel like it needs some improvement. Prakash and Juliana are great though and very pleasant to chat with.

Easy to understand and very clear. Also, a problem of mine was solved, relatively quickly. Can recommend it in any case
