Esther has been agreat help and helped me upgrade to 12000 mails/day. Would tottaly recommend getting this app.

I downloaded the app and had several questions. I reached out and Liz was very helpful in walking me through the process and answering all of my questions. The ease of using their app and the great customer service is why I would highly recommend them!

I am new to Avada, but so far the app is great!. Its simple to use and the fact there is 24/7 support is the best part. Today I was assisted by Prakash. He was very kind, friendly, efficient support help. He addressed all my questions swiftly and efficiently. I am looking forward to working with Avada and the wonderful support team. I am very satisfied.

So far, Avada has been really intuitive to use compared to klaviyo. Support has been super helpful as well! I'm looking forward to see how this app compares overall when it comes to delivery for SMS.

The app works well, and support is very responsive. If you are lucky enough to get Hana as your support agent, all your problems will be solved in a quick and friendly way.

Great app to use on your store makes it look like a full blown A-1 business I've felt 100% better ever since I installed the email marketing app on my store im so pleased with Avada and there customer service is top . Sunny was wonderful in helping me as well as the rest of them any time I reach out for help!!!

Customer service is great! Hana has been wonderful. Im still working to create my automations and forms, so Im not sure how they will perform, but so far things are going well. Im hoping that I can be with Avada for the long haul. Thank you for all of your help!

I like Esther's enthusiastic help, but I encountered another customer service attitude that was very poor. I don't like it. Overall, this app has a lot of functions. I'm considering whether to buy its service, and I'm still trying it

From start to finish Esther went above and beyond by providing me with the right information and walking me through the set-up of Avada on Shopify to successfully adding the correct pop-up coupon to even helping me figure out something on my shopify store. Thank you.

Prakash was excellent, answered my chat so quick, and dealt with my issue easily and with lots of screenshots, to guide me along. I really like this app, it is A LOT easier to use and navigate, than the last (3 or 4) email marketing apps I have utilized. Don't hesitate to try it out, the customer service, price and app are excellent.
