Avada is great and offers really cool options for collecting email addresses, offering discount codes, send follow up mails after orders and create newsletters. Important to us is the double opt-in feature where a small issue was solved after a very short time thanks to the excellent support.

Prakash was very helpful and informative. He assisted me with my issue that allowed me to continue to service my customers. Prakash was able to remove the line that had plagued my picture on my marketing. He removed the picture, uploaded it again and moved my shop button to the bottom. Job well done Prakash!!

We are just getting started with Avada so I can't speak to the App long term but what I can say is the support so far has been outstanding. If the app works as good as the support I will be very happy.

Not sure how they received 5 stars. This app has given me so many problems over the last few months. Ive tried to be patient but when emails don't send out when you schedule them or even select "send now", coupon codes generate by themselves and send out randomly, the segments are never accurate and we cant rely on them, this has caused a bit of frustration for many of my clients. I like the convenience of the automations and segments but its not worth the frustration. :(. Customer service is ok but they are not available during USA hours. I hope no one else experiences the glitches I have had with this app and the customer service seems to be available off and on at different times and they respond when they want.

I started with Avada's size chart tool and the support I received from that team lead me to implement their Email Marketing platform. Once again the support team provided me with unbelievable support. Candance was amazing! Patient and professional. Now I am looking for other Avada products/tools to implement. YES I would refer to a friend!

This app came with amazing live chat support. Chat Representative, Candace, is extremely professional, helpful and most of all, very patience in guiding us through the various challenges we've faced and resolving them systematically. Highly recommended!

It's a crazy app. They have a face-to-face service, which is very timely and effective. The price is also the most reasonable for the same kind of app. I also use their other apps and believe me. It's a great app to use. I also use their other free apps, and their Seo App is a great tool.

Really good app! Lot's of features, but used all of them as well! Great support staff, and pricing! I've explored Klaviyo briefly but I believe that you can do more with Avada! the only thing I would say they're lacking a little on is the integration with other apps. Candace, Jasmine and Rainy are all great help!

I downloaded this app for their automated workflows which helps with easily planning the CRM journey for my customers. Easy enough to use though not the most intuitive, but I have gotten strong support from the team who is very helpful and open to hear suggestions on how it can be improved. Appreciate all the help from the team :) Will continue to use this app and test out the other functions.
