I can guarantee this is the best service I have seen so much app customer service. I asked many questions, and Esther could give me a correct response within 2-3 minutes. A Good customer email and SMS servicer in Shopify.

I would recommend Avada integration with shopify Any day!! Brilliant integration with Shopify/reporting/analytics/templates and a superb hands on customer support which can help instantly. Jasmine from customer support helped me to run my Abandoned cart workflow like a breeze...She was super helpful and responsive...It makes a huge difference to a customer like me!!

I'm so glad I switched to this app! It's much better than others out here! Liz was super helpful and made sure that we had everything setup correctly. We didn't receive that from other apps we attempted to use! Avada is the way to go if you've been looking for a service like this!

I needed assist with a popup and scheduling forms. The representative Abby was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the steps needed to assist me. She also attached links for me to later view. Awesome Job Abby!!!

The customer service has been incredible with this app. Prakash, Lydia and Ester have been especially helpful. Whenever I use the live chat there is always someone there to help me right away and they're always happy to help solve any issue and help me navigate through the site.
