I've tried AVADA Boost before it was a pleasure to use. I needed an email marketing app for my store so I decided to try them. It was easy to install and the support team, specially Liz, are very quick in response to help me. Thank you!

I shifted to this app from klaviyo. Seems beetter to me than klaviyo. it has more features than klaviyo. The support i got from Emily just exceptional during setting up my app.

Jasmine is such a lovely person and an awesome support agent. I was having issues with my checkout workflow, and she resolved the issue with me in a few minutes and explained everything. Thank you again Jasmine you are a valuable Staff member

They are the best. CS is very responsive. Liz is very helpful and she gave me informational tips on using avada to track my customers tracking info. I love this app as I am working on email and SMS marketing as well. Highly recommended!!

This App is amazing and powerful. So many options for personal customization and also easy to set up as a simple template. My main reason for giving it 5 stars is their customer service. I spoke to an agent " Abby" and not only did she help me, she also made sure to explain things to me. Great job. Thank you

I used this app for automation. I am new to this type of work. I am thankful to Emily who helped me from the scratch to send the email and sms. You have a nice support system, especially I appreciate Emily for her guidance and patience. THANK YOU EMILY.

After installing the app, I reached out to their support to get help with some points and they were very helpful and after every question they answered they directly asked me to leave a review. Which I refused until I complete using the app. The app has rich functions and solves many issues I have but after few weeks every time I contact their support for a simple question they just ignore it and keep me waiting . Now while I'm writing this reviews chatting with Emily and asked her how long does it take to approve Whatsapp API access? simple question right? until now I'm waiting around 5 minutes for her to answer me and tell me: "About that part, I need to check with my developer" it seems to me a very long time to wait around 5 minutes to get that simple answer. Last week I chatted with Hakeem from their support and asked him for how to add an abandoned product URL to the SMS messages and he left me waiting for over 10 minutes! it seems to be very rude and unprofessional behavior from their support. Hope a supervisor will see this review and do some steps to correct this and make the representatives answer questions in a timely manner.

I haven't used the app enough to provide my honest opinion about it, However, I just spoke to Liz in the support chat and she's is awesome!! Very polite and swift support, solving my problem right a way! Thanks Liz! :)
