Great service. UX is good, there are sometimes that can miss or not find things but given the price it is awesome. In addition, the staff are incredibly helpful and will always help you to resolve your issues.

I would give this app a good rating for their customer service! I am using this app to automate welcome email and newsletter subscription pop-up (available for free). Not sure how is the performance & what happens once I reach my contacts limit for the free plan yet but so far so good. I've had some problems creating the email and the agent on live chat (Jasmine) is super helpful!

Hi after using it we needed to export ours 1885 contacts, Avada forced us to get their pay plan to get our own contact. This is simply a robbery. Please dont dowload this app they will rob your email contacts We also wrote an email to the shopify team to delete their app from the shopify appstore.

Great app and team, fast reply! *When I told them I wanna send email with my own address, there's a little issue. In a minute, they tell me they are going to update the sender in this month, it's more than I expected, very good! Recommended!!!
