I love that the app is easy to use. The provided templates are great when you're in a rush or you can completely create your own from scratch. Anytime we have ever had an issue or question, the support staff was helpful and quick to respond. Hana was a HUGE help. Over and above.

I love utilising this for my store's email and SMS automation needs. Everything is simple, and setting up the system doesn't need much effort. The support staff is diligent, and they always make an effort to assist you in solving your problems.

I used this app to help me create forums for popups via email, SMS and also on my online store. I'm not familiar with this, but Hana was very helpful by walking me through every step, guiding me, and ensuring I'm giving the best for my customers and my store.
