Had numerous issues with this app and would not recommend anyone to use it. Save your money and the hassle. Your email will not send properly, your sms's will link other websites that youre not familiar with or simply not work at all and so many other issues. Beware!
Hi there, Rainy here from AVADA. I deeply apologize for your experience. After checking the issue you reported, I see that we already resolved them. There is one thing left is the SMS segment which you changed after going live the campaign. So basically it would not implement the change because all logs are created - this is the normal logic. The support is unbeatable! There were a few small problems with the app in the beginning, but they were quickly answered and handled by the 24/7 support and finally fixed.

I love the app and love chatting with customer service in the chat. They are always available everytime. Need help. Candace is one of my fave! She does an amazing job helping me with all my questions and is always patient with me. I cannot recommend the Avada app enough for everyone.

Until now I used ActiveCampaign, but when you have a webshop I think AVA is the best way forward because of all the automatic integration with Shopify. Also it's much easier to copy elements in campaigns, so it's faster to set up. And on top of that the support is amazing and really fast. For example Jasmin just helped me really great and instant. I can highly recommmend.

The best email marketing application for me. I have tested many that I deleted because they were too complicated or not sharp or customizable enough. Avada is perfect and allows me to manage everything easily even though it is in English (I am French and my shop is in France). The big plus: the support team is great. Sunny responded within seconds and solved my problem within minutes. I am very happy!

This AVADA app is an amazing tool to have in your kit, it is very user friendly and solve a lot of e-commerce issues. I really love it and would highly recommend it. Not to mention the outstanding customer support offered with this app. Rainy was super friendly, professional and efficient. I believe this will be my go to app for the services I need for my store.

I replaced 2 apps with this one app. It's easy to use and it integrates into other apps making it even easier to use. Also, the customer service is excellent!

The application is very good and also the web support is very quick. I had some issued with the configuration of the pop up message and everything was solved in a few minutes. I really like both the app and the staff.

App works great, customer service is really fast and well made. My favorite feature of this app is how I can send a email to every customer from my Shopify store. Really useful!
