I am very impressed with the widget and the feedback that I received from the chat technician Jasmine & their developer Tony at Avada, they were very prompt in their response and their feedback was very helpful. I also appreciate the fact that the chat button works beautifully as intended. I would highly recommend this widget and feedback system to anyone who is looking for a way to improve their customer communications.

Super support stond gelijk klaar toen ik om hulp vroeg, FAQ menu is ook erg handig voor op mijn webshop zo kunnen klanten de vragen gelijk vinden die ze nodig hebben. dank aan Jasmine voor hulp tijdens het process. :)

Application en anglais bien que paramétré en français. Reste présente alors qu'elle a été désinstallée.

Ich habe zwar erst begonnen die FAQ Seite aufzubauen, dennoch hebt sie sich bereits von anderen sehr ab. Habe hier viel mehr Möglichkeiten was das Design betrifft. So kann ich die FAQ Seite noch besser an mein Shop Design anpassen. Der Kundenservice, vor allem Esther stand mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und konnte mir bisher bei allen Fragen sofort eine Lösung anbieten.

I recently just started working on my own website when I came across this app as one of the recommend ones to get for beginners. So I figured why not and that I would download it and give it a shot. I'm so glad I did and that I had Jasmine to help me get started and set up. She was very Friendly, Helpful and Fast at responding. All the thing's I love and so far this seems like a wonderful app and user-friendly! I enjoy being able to add as many questions as needed.

Up until now it seems to be very useful. Easy to set up. I had an issue with an error adding new questions but got instant support; Hana solved it pretty quickly. She was very nice :)
