Feedback is quick and patient. Regretly, The APP don't support chat with the customer directly. Other function is perfect, I love it.

Just what we were looking for! A quick way for customers to get answers and info. Contact section has ability to be visible or hidden. Easy-to-use interface and excellent customer service!

I installed the App and reached 10 FAQ questions only. I contacted the help and Hana was amazing - within about 2 minutes she had fixed it up so I could have unlimited FAQs and removed the branding. So far so good - I am still adding questions, but it looks like a great FAQ template. Thanks Hana for your help.

Very good app, works just fine and its freeee! There's a limitation of 10 FAQ questions, but when i reached it Esther, through chat, removed the limitation

Yet another great app from Avada. Clean UI and all necessary functionalities for a free app. Highly recommended. Even the support (from Emily) is prompt and quick resolution is provided. Great work, please keep it up.
