I just started using the app to build my FAQ page. Prakash helped me to get unlimited categories and questions. Support is very prompt and helpful for a free app.

I'm loving this app, is so intuitive and functional. I had a problem uploading my questions to the FAQs and Abby fixed my problem immediately with great customer support. 10/10!

Great little app. Customer support from Hana was outstanding as well. I had a few questions, they quickly answered to help me clarify a few issues. I had one small issue, and Hana told me how to change it so it fit my needs. Thanks.

I updated my theme for spring/summer 2023 and needed a quick assist with my FAQ page and quick it was. I spoke with Hana who didn't even gain full access into my store and was still able to fix the problem for me. Thanks so much. I really love using Avada's products. They have the best customer service!

Helpdesk has been friendly, efficient and prompt, while the FAQ page works quite smoothly for us. Design is clean and suitable.
