I like this app, the templates are simple and effective and look smart. The invoices are all automated so when my customers have their orders fulfilled, they receive VAT invoices. The customer service is exceptional. I had a few queries designing my emails and messing about in the settings and a lady called Hana was very helpful and had fantastic response times (30 seconds).

On my second tech support chat, Liz was able to help find the step I was missing in changing order templates very quickly, so that I could get a customer documentation they required right away. It was a perfect experience that took maybe three minutes. Having support right there in invaluable... thanks so much Liz! On my first tech support chat I found the AVADA app works pretty well. With the help of Juliana from technical support, I was able to get the documents I needed for customers up and running in very little time just working with her through the online chat. Great work Juliana!! You really provided excellent service... thanks so much!

The Ava PDF Invoice Order Printer is perfect for our requirements. It's well priced, and the features it offers have been great for our business. I did encounter an issue with invoices for orders processed using the Volume Discount app, which was initially a worry. But the support team, especially Esther and Gideon, were absolutely fantastic. I heard back from them within 30 seconds of sending my message. With the help of my screenshots, they identified the code issue and had it sorted out in less than an hour. Great support, I asked for an extra feature regarding different tax rates to be automaticly put on the invoice. They did this very fast and in the correct Dutch way so compliments to them.
