I was stuck on a few things on my Shopify product page and had been trying to figure them out for a while. I eventually reached out to the team (Brain) and they resolved everything within minutes. Their communication was efficient, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Whenever I didn’t understand something, they explained it in a different, simpler way. I highly recommend them.

The dev team was extremely helpful and responsive. They identified and fixed the page speed issue on my rewards page, and the improvement is noticeable immediately. The page now loads much faster, with only a slight delay as it fully renders from the footer — which I understand is related to overall page structure, not the app itself. I really appreciate their clear communication, efficiency and willingness to look at the issue thoroughly instead of offering a generic fix. Overall, a great support experience. I value realistic solutions over promises, and the team was transparent and professional throughout the process.

Decent so far, the support agent Brian was very helpful and kind. The free version is pretty limited, but enough for some basic optimizations.
