I’m still new to the app and have a lot to learn about SEO, but Penelope was incredibly friendly and helped answer my questions as I worked through everything. The customer support team is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that come up.

I'm having a very good experience with both the app itself and the support service. The app is very intuitive and practical to use, with several features that are helping me improve my store. Not to mention the app's support service; I've been very well attended to by everyone who has helped me so far, and I'm also very satisfied with the support because they were able to understand my doubts and difficulties I was having. I highly recommend Avada for everyone's operations.

I have been experiencing many issues with my site from a variety of different sources. I have been using Avada for a little while now so thought I could improve my site by following the recommendations shown. There were a few things I was very confused about so I opened the chat & was speaking with Tobias. He was INCREDIBLY helpful, staying with me in the chat while I worked through a number of things that would help. The service received was absolutely second to none! I can't recommend enough.
