Great app! and the customer service is top notch, Jasmine helped increase my site speed and do some fine tuning to my site. Super happy with the results and couldn't recommend enough.

One aspect that deserves special mention is the exceptional support provided by Juliana. Whenever I encountered a problem or had a question, Juliana was there to assist me promptly and efficiently. Her deep knowledge of the app coupled with her friendly demeanor made the support experience truly outstanding.

Even the free version gives you a lot of SEO tools to use and customer support is very quick in responding. I talked to Esther before and Penelope today, and was able to get answers to all my questions. Support part is their strongest although the app is already a complete SEO solution. Definitely recommended! And the pro is also worth investing for.

I have AVADA installed on both of my stores. The app itself is easy to use and super intuitive. Set it up and let it do its thing.... but the best part is the team! They are truly fantastic, easygoing, and always try to help even if the question is beyond the scope of their reach. Liz takes time to understand the question/issue and helps to troubleshoot...my questions are endless, and her patience is phenomenal. Liz, if you're reading this - you are a ROCK Star in my book! Love you guys.

One Star Review Horrible Experience I recently decided to give Avada SEO Optimizer a try to improve the speed and performance of my website. However, I regret to say that my experience with this app has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did it fail to deliver on its promises, but it also had a detrimental effect on my website's functionality and ultimately caused a significant drop in sales. Firstly, I must acknowledge that the speed of my website did improve marginally after implementing Avada SEO Optimizer. However, any benefits gained in terms of speed were overshadowed by the negative impact it had on other crucial aspects of my site. Various applications that were previously running smoothly suddenly started experiencing issues, negatively affecting the overall user experience. The most frustrating part of this entire experience was the response from the customer support team. While they were initially responsive and seemed helpful, their actions left me utterly disappointed. Instead of resolving the issues I encountered, they actually deleted or altered sections of code on my website, which resulted in even worse performance and ultimately led to a complete halt in sales. The lack of professionalism and understanding from the customer support team was appalling. Their reckless actions clearly demonstrated a lack of expertise and care, as they unknowingly caused severe damage to my website and business. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Avada SEO Optimizer. Despite the slight improvement in speed, the negative consequences it had on other vital aspects of my site and the subsequent loss of sales far outweigh any potential benefits. Furthermore, the customer support's actions were unprofessional and only worsened the situation. In conclusion, save yourself the frustration and potential harm to your business. I highly recommend exploring alternative SEO optimization solutions that have a proven track record and positive reviews, as Avada SEO Optimizer has proven to be a detrimental choice for my website.
