Excellent Support & Great Optimisation Features I’ve had a really smooth experience with the Avada SEO app and their support team. The customer service is exceptional—quick responses, clear communication, and they go above and beyond to help. Christian, Viola and others, were both extremely helpful and patient, guiding me through every step and answering all my questions in detail. Their team is now helping us with manual speed optimisation, and I appreciate how transparent they are about the process. They also provided helpful insights on fixing favicon issues, H1 tags, and overall site performance. The support alone makes this app worth it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve SEO and store performance!

Al een jaar lang goede ervaring met deze seo app van Avada. De helpdesk is 24/7 bereikbaar. bij een probleem of verbetering worden we altijd goed geholpen. Deze keer was het Ricky die ons erg snel hielp met het versnellen van onze website

Ho installato l’app AVADA per l’ottimizzazione delle immagini e le prestazioni SEO del mio sito su Shopify. L’assistenza è stata fin da subito molto disponibile: ho aperto una richiesta in chat perché volevo capire meglio come utilizzare il servizio e sono stati gentili e velocissimi nel rispondere. Cosa non scontata, l’assistenza in chat parlava anche italiano, aspetto per me molto importante. Al momento sono davvero soddisfatto e spero che il servizio continui così, perché ho intenzione di continuare a utilizzarlo.
