I'd like to clarify how our Speed Up feature works. When using our speed up feature, we provide two options: apply the changes to a duplicate theme or directly to your live theme. Using a duplicate theme allows you to avoid unexpected changes since some features may conflict with your existing theme code, especially considering any third-party apps that might be integrated. According to our records, it appears that the speed optimization was initially applied directly to your live theme on July 22nd, despite warnings provided within the app. This is likely what caused the unexpected alteration to your footer's layout. Please rest assured that any changes made through our speed optimization can be reversed by deactivating the specific feature or deactivating the app. Moreover, our technical support team is fully prepared to assist in ensuring all features are compatible with your theme. I 200 % recommend using the Avada app! There are a lot of features, that are very helpful, and the free version is awesome to start with. What is better is the live support team, they are always ready to chat and very helpful and go the extra mile to help you out. Hopefully you get Ricky, he is awesome and needs a raise!
