Anyone interested in using this app should be aware that work you do with a pro subscription will be reverted upon cancelling. This was not conveyed until I went to cancel the subscription. I'd be fine paying for this service intermittently but hiding that information behind the cancellation button feels like an intentional method to keep you dependent on a $34.99 monthly fee. I'd recommend sticking with the free features or finding an alternative service. Lang was not understanding and suggested I read the fine print so I'd suggest reading the fine print before you sign up.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion and frustration this experience caused. To clarify, when canceling or downgrading from the Pro plan, all paid features will be disabled. However, the work already saved or synced to your Shopify store - including optimized images (file size, alt text), SEO titles and descriptions edited via SEO Audit, and 301 redirects created in Broken Link Manager - will remain intact and will not be reverted, so you won’t need to spend extra time setting them up again in Shopify. Only settings that exist exclusively within the app will be reverted after cancellation. We sincerely apologize that our earlier response from Lang didn’t reflect this accurately. There was absolutely no intention to hide information or make things unclear. We completely understand your point that this should have been clearly communicated at the time of subscription, and we’re actively improving our in-app messaging to make that transparency available from the start. Das Tool ist sehr umfangreich und hilft uns im Bereich SEO den Überblick zu behalten und alle Aufgaben effizient zu bearbeiten. Der Support ist fantastisch und fast zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbar. Besonders Tobias hat uns sehr geholfen ein Problem zu lösen oder überhaupt erstmal zu verstehen. Volle Punktzahl.! Danke!

Avada SEO Suite has helped our store a lot. Saved a lot of time for us. One Click image optimisation, easy ALT text additional to images. Easy to use app. I have to mention Penelope has been very helpful, addressed all our concerns and help understand how to use the app.
