I was having issue after uninstallation of the App, as meta data from Shopify store was not restored. the team helped me to find the issue. The issue was coming from another SEO but Avada team still helped me to remove leftover code from another SEO to restore my data. Good support! Thank you

The live chat bot is quite amazing! I thought it was an AI bot because of the speed etc. that it replied. Aparently it is a live support desk and the people (like Tobias) do an amazing job helping me through the SEO struggles!
