I had so much help from Pamela with my SEO Checklist. The system itself is just the best I have ever used, the service is just so superb. I spent more than 3 hours asking for help and Pamela was so..so patient and willing to answer any questions, even the stupid ones without any judgement. I can confidently say that AVADA is the best, for real. thank you

Great app and excellent support! Viola helped me resolve a bulk optimization issue very quickly. The app saved 2.86 GB on images with no quality loss. Highly recommend for Shopify stores with large product catalogs.

TERRIFYING! They charged me €35 and changed my LCP from 4 to 7, increasing my website load time by 2 seconds, and there's no customer service, and they DON'T refund my money. HORRIBLE! I will tell EVERYONE NEVER to download this app and that the reviews are fake. Edited comment: My site speed only improved after I uninstalled your app and performed the manual optimizations myself. This app has been an absolute nightmare and is incredibly poor quality. I will make sure to warn everyone about this because you essentially stole $35 from me, and the app messed up my page in every possible way. I am demanding a full refund of my money immediately.

You mentioned that a specific API call was slowing down your store's LCP: /api/get_geolocation?shop=dafeac.myshopify.com (sales-boost.simesy.com) After checking the domain of that request, we found it comes from another app provider (Simesy), which was installed in your store.
