Bad support. Basically has an inbetween person before you get to anyone technical. If your support isn't the most basic question that can be found in the docs, it extremely frustrating.

Amazing app and great technical support, Tiana and Anivia have been so helpful with getting our site working correctly with all the features within the app. I would recommend this to anyone that wants their SEO to perform at it's best for your website visibility, etc.

Does not work. Slowed down the site. So many issues. They also charged me for the annual plan after I selected monthly and will not reverse the charge. Support is awful.

We already applied an app credit to cover the charges for both the annual and monthly plans. Additionally, I would like to address the concern you mentioned about our app slowing down your site. Great app! Been using it for almost an year now .. does the job and has almost all possible SEO solutions. It has good integrations with other apps like reviews which are a big factor in SEO Support is great, especially Tiana
