What I love about Avada is the 24/7 customer support that really works, someone is always there to work with me and answer my questions! The App is user-friendly and the customer service is amazing. Emily helped me as soon as I install the app and took me through the steps I need to to follow to optimise my website speed.
I think the app is very good and I think Ricky at the help desk is even better. Both help me achieve my SEO goals.
This app slows down my store so I had to remove it. After removing it there are still a lot of things left. For example 4-5 sitemap pages!!!

Regarding the sitemaps you mentioned, in some cases, when the app is removed from your Shopify store, our code or traces might remain but will be disabled. Avada is a reliable SEO tool for Shopify. While no tool can claim to be perfect, their human interaction feature is exceptional, providing consistent support whenever you need assistance.
I would be lost without the Avada SEO app. It makes my ecom life so much easier. I recently had an issues with 404 errors and a kind gentlemen called Ricky from the support team sorted them out for me straight away. This app is defo worth having on your ecom store :)
