I am going to change my feedback based on my recent conversations with Esther and her team. They have worked consistently to improve my website speed. Technical team has provided me regular and detailed updates on the actions they have performed to improve the speed. They have also provided some reasons that effects the speed score in general. I am happy with their support and consistent improvements done by the team. Thanks !

Just downloaded today, so I'm still very much in the testing phase, but so far it seems great! Very user friendly and lots of great features. I had a few setup questions so I reached out via chat and the responded almost immediately. Audrey was super helpful and kind, and quick to answer all my questions.

This app is a good addition to any site that wants to improve SEO and customer experience. I highly recommend it for smaller companies that don't have the budget to hire a professional service to debug, optimize speed, improve SEO and improve image loading. The customer service is great, responds quickly and guides you well through any problem or question you have. Hana and Tony helped me fix the problems I was having and gave me great guideline for further development. We are looking forward seeing how we can improve our website even more with Avada.

I just recently installed the app after trying a heck of a lot of others. Given the crazy high review numbers and complete set of features I added it to my store recently. I ran into a few user errors and was helped promptly by Emily. So far I am just exploring how much I wasn't taking care of and trust this tool is helping me greatly improve my SEO.
