Very easy to use, 100% recommended, I'm using paid version of this app, I have added multiple size chart with 1 click

Had some technical issues. Came across a few tech guys but it wasn't working out. Was about to leave the app until Juliana came around to assist everything I needed. She was a doll and super quick with the updates/changes. now the app is super easy to use. Thank you Juliana!

Always great support - Emily was fantastic helping us get it just how we wanted. Highly recommend for helping customers choose the correct sizes!

Prakash was very helpful and patient with guiding me through the process of using this app. He was very patient and supportive. Thankful!

Jasmine was simply fantastic throughout - the app was easy to use but there were a few minor design tweaks that I couldn't make myself. After contacting via the chat, Jasmine was extremely prompt to fix my issues and create the perfect size guide.

APP looks very good. Got some great support from Jasmine. Helped me with adding some features and customizing.

AVADA is the best in terms of its product and customer support. Especially their online support assistance is very quick and efficient, thanks to LIZ for your quick assistance, you resolve my issue really quick. Thanks

I have tried many size chart apps, but this is definitely the best, most functional and easy to use. Support is always available, especially Abby, who answers all your questions.

Abby was so helpful! The app was a struggle for me at first but after messaging here I feel so much better about it!

Very fast answer and efficient job, it takes less than 2 mn to resolve my request, Thank you Tony for your help.

Sincere thanks to Jasmine for her very kind prompt assistance and to Marcus for his tech genius in resolving my issue with a cherry on top :-) Will be sure to us AVADA again in the future! Thank you to a great team!

Great app and great support by Hana. I recommend! If you have any trouble, just open the chat. Quick and awesome support.

After struggling to integrate this app with my shopify theme I reached out to the online customer support that Avada offers. The customer support experience I have received from Liz to help me achieve my goal has been outstanding. Highly recommend the app and Liz!

Updated Review: Avada Size Chart is one of the most useful app's in Shopify. Once again today, their support team have been very responsive and helpful in resolving a minor issue. I've received excellent customer support from Candace previously and most recently from Anne who was quick to reply to my live chat question today and kept me updated throughout the process as she worked to resolve my issue. A great app for Shopify merchants with an easy to use interface. Highly recommended!

This app is pretty good, been using it since quite sometime. The support team is extremely quick and good.

the best thing is the live-chat support where customer service politely responds to your issues, immediately. Hana is very responsive, polite and straight to action. take the solution to my issue. very helpful! the hardest thing might be waiting for them to give you a solution, but not hANA. so far they really care, that's the most important thing.
